Below is our official Shipping Policy, which explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. Order Processing Time

We process and prepare all orders within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a second email with shipping details once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping & Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on your location and the courier service operating in your area.

Inside Egypt

  • Standard delivery: 2–5 business days
  • Remote areas: 3–7 business days

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs vary depending on your delivery location.
Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages at no additional cost to you.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email
  • A tracking number or tracking link (if available)

You can use this to track your order until it reaches your doorstep.

5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please make sure all shipping details are entered correctly.
IK World is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Unreachable phone number
  • Customer not available to receive the package

If the order is returned due to incorrect information, the customer will be responsible for any reshipment fees.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives with:

  • A missing item
  • A damaged product
  • Wrong item received

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video as proof.
We will assist you immediately.

7. International Shipping

At the moment, IK World ships within Egypt only.
If we expand shipping to additional countries, this policy will be updated.
